Helping Hurricane Helene Victims
My name is Cindi and I grew up in Western North Carolina. It's where my heart still calls home.
I have a plethora of family and friends who live in that area. My heart breaks hearing and seeing the utter devastation that Hurricane Helene wreaked on that small part of the world. Entire communities and towns are completely gone. The landscape has been altered forever. Lives have been lost. Homes have been lost. Livelihoods have been lost.
One of the best things about the amazing people here is that they still have hope, even in the face of total devastation.
They will rebuild, but it will take years and a lot of funds.
Please know that what main stream media shares with the world is so skewed that is is beyond heartbreaking.
Please help me help these wonderful people.
